Management:

Chet Miller, President/Owner 

Chet Miller is the president and owner of Carolina Foundation Solutions, LLC. He created the company in 2002 and has been active in day-to-day operations since 2010. Chet holds a bachelor's degree and is a graduate of the Advanced Executive Management Program. He has an extensive background in the concrete industry serving previously as CFO and CEO and various companies. Chet is president of the Foundation Repair Association of North Carolina, is a member of A.B. Chance Contractors Council and is a past board member of the Carolina Read Mixed Concrete Association. 

Chris Miller, Vice-President/Co-Owner 

Chris Miller is the son of Chet Miller and Vice President of Carolina Foundation Solutions, LLC. He has been active with the company since 2003 and officially joined staff in 2008. Chris holds an associate's degree in building construction management and technology, as well as a bachelor's degree from East Carolina University. he is an active member of the Helical Pier Association, Carolina Association of General Contractors and the Foundation Repair Association of North Carolina. 

Gary McLamb, General Manager 

Gary McLamb is the General Manager of Carolina Foundation Solutions, LLC and has been a member of the team since 2003. Previously, he served in a variety of positions including sales consultant, area manager and controller at Unicon Concrete, LLC. Gary is an active member of the Helical Pier Association, Carolina Association of General Contractors and the Foundation Repair Association of North Carolina.

Robyn McAdams, Controller 

Jake Romancky, Operations Manager 

Jake Romancky is the Operations Manager of Carolina Foundation Solutions, LLC and has been a member of the team since 2014. Romancky holds a bachelor's degree in concrrete industry management from Middle Tennessee State University. 

Heather Sackett, Marketing Coordinator

Heather Sackett is the Marketing Coordinator of Carolina Foundation Solutions, LLC. and has been a member of the team since March 2017.  Sackett holds a bachelor's degree in multimedia journalim and public relations from Lenoir-Rhyne University and a master's degree in communication studies from UNC-Charlotte. Previously, she worked in the nonprofit industry and has extensive marketing and comunnications management experience. She is an active member of Public Relations Society of America Charlotte Chapter and is a board member of Social Media Charlotte.  

Kristine Harris, Office Manager 

Kristine Harris is the Office Manager of Carolinas Foundation Solutions, LLC and joined the staff in November of 2014. Harris studied computer programming at Guilford Tech Community College. She has previous operations management experience in the fitness industry. She brings excellent project management experience to the organization. 

Patti McCauley, Office Manager 

Patti McCauley is the Office Manager of Carolinas Foundation Solutions, LLC and joined the staff in February 2017. McCauley studied accounting at Alamance Communitu College. She has extensive service industry management experience. She brings excellent customer service acumen to the organization.

Brittany Cates, Customer Service Representative 

Brittany Cates is the Customer Service Representative of Carolina Foundation Solutions, LLC and joined the staff in July 2017. Cates holds a bachelor's degree from Greensboro College and has previous management experience working for a music and arts store, where she was responsible for overseeing customer service, sales and educational event planning.
